for now i’m calling this a mexican calzone, but what is it? burrito? quesadilla? gordita maybe?
chorizo, jalapeño and onion and chihuahua and cheddar seasoned with cumin and chili powder.
we’ve been grilling pizzas for the last 2 days so i threw this together to see what happened.

it’s more like an ’empanada’ i think the only mexican thing here is that you used salsa picante to spice it, that you’re using crema and is that chorizo?… looks delicious tho. cheers! i agree with u/arm1niu5, it’s a tasty-looking abomination.
