  4. I was once in a Mexican restaurant and I asked them if they have pil pil and they did not know what I am talking about hehe. I used to have it back in Morocco and I love its tomato sauce yammmm.

  5. I am afraid this wont work 🙁
    because your will never reach the necessary temperature of cooking. so basically, if you have warm water in the shower for 1 hour, it does not mean it will be hot at the end of it. see what I am trying to say?
    the lenght of the cooking does not really matter if you never reach the necessary temperature.

  8. Great Stuff! I'm Greek and the style of cooking you have is very similar to my grandmother's and mother's style. Fresh, lots of tomato, parsley, olive oil and cumin. Keep up the good work. I really enjoy your presentations. You're an inspiration! (and your dad sounds like a gem, taking his little girl out for "king prawns, baby style for his baby"–very sweet story.

  11. Please check if your oven is in Celcius? if it gets to 200 degrees celcius, it should be enough to bake fish and seafood.
