  2. Dimitra one problem I face is many sources of Kalamata olives are very salty. Finding really good quality lower salt olives are tough. Can you suggest a way that would desalt the olives without affecting the quality.

  4. Looks YUMMY! We have a local place here that makes an olive dip with Kalamata, EXTRA garlic and mayo (I'm sure there is another ingredient!) ADDICTING!!!

  5. Years and years ago I used to work for some wonderful Greek people and they would make this amazing dish. I have looked everywhere for the recipe. Please tell me you know how to make it. They would take onions, or garlic or shallots ( I'm not sure) fry in really crispy toss it over pasta with olive oil. I don't know the seasons or ingredients but if there is any way you could help me I would be elated 🤗
