Pickled eggs have been a big hit around here this year. My brother in law has about 20 chickens and we’ve been enjoying pickled eggs. Especially like the ones we make with garlic, and hot sauce (Frank’s). Once we have them brined, we usually let them set in the fridge for a week or so before consuming. We like them right out of the jar, sliced up on salads, and we’ve made egg salad for sandwiches with them as well.
