basically, i just use YT to convert the clips so i can place them on my site. i want my viewers/fans to just go to the site everyday so they get EVERYTHING, the video, the ingredients, and the article.
if i gave detailed recipes during the clip, they would be too long, i would forget to mention things, and many people would not go to the site. if i dont get lots of traffic on the site, i will not be able to afford to continue to post free clips. this channel is not solely a public service (although im glad its become that), this channel is simply a way for me to get lots of viewers to visit my website. i dont see the problem, just go to my site everyday and get all the info you need.
A "male" eggplant wouldn't bear fruit in the first place, so there are no "male" eggplant fruits. Eggplants bear perfect flowers, meaning they have male and female parts on the same flower and are self-fertile. Just wanted to correct a botanical misconception; otherwise a great recipe.
This is so different from what you do now, Chef John! I like the recipe, but your attitude has changed… unless you're just more comfortable behind the camera now😁

Be sure you check the website for ingredient amounts and procedure! enjoy, Chef John
Does your egg plant have an inny or an outie? I had no idea to check before, thanks for the tip!
best of luck! …and may all your eggplants be male ones.
