For those that have been lucky enough to visit Greece and enjoy some of the world’s freshest seafood, you would have been offered calamari either fried or in this case, grilled.
Jack The Greek has brought this classic recipe home and demonstrates how easy it is to cook a whole calamari on the CrossRay BBQ.
Grilled calamari makes for a wonderful first course, it’s great as a shared appetiser or even as a main combined with crabs, grilled fish and fresh oysters
