I haven’t eaten yet tonight (I am going somewhere and eating afterwards so I made this just now and will reheat it later) but I am so excited to dig in to this meal!!! 🙂 Also I couldn’t help eating some of the mashed potatoes off the plate 😂

This is one of my favorite dishes, though I never make the mashed potatoes. I usually buy the mac and cheese from the marketplace and serve that instead. Last night, I made corn ribs from Trader Joe’s with it and it was fantastic.
