    As always, so good. First time using a whole chicken, I usually do chicken thighs. Used the oven to roast the chicken because there is a wasp nest next to my grill and I’m a scared little bitch. Very happy with everything. Brb while I go drink some more of that green sauce

    Add some cut up hot dogs to those fries and you have Salchi Papas!

    That aji verde might as well be drugs. I make a double batch and it is gone that night. Strong recommend for anyone who hasn’t tried it.

    I didn’t think that dinner was a competition, but you have clearly won.

    Looks amazing. I’m going to have to get brave enough to work with a full chicken.
