  1. My sister had these catered at her wedding, I ate so many of them!! I'l like to learn how to make these. OMG, I love garlic!! My dad and step-mom are in Italy right now. My step-mom is actually Italian heritage. Yes, I subscribed this week!!

  2. What people today don't realize is NOTHING was wasted when OLD SCHOOL. It was simply not done. When I see waste today, I'm appalled. My daughter owns her own catering business and it's successful bc she was in the kitchen with me since she was 3. While college educated which helped her with the business side of her company she always said it was bc of me she's loves cooking. I come from a long line of excellent cooks. Its nice to see what we love become a lucrative business. Joe knows it, too.:o)

  6. I will definitely be doing your version. My recipe came from my grandmother, who's going to be 99-years-old August 14th. Her recipe is very similar, but substitutes bacon for pancetta. Some of the cheeses are a little more specific. I cannot wait to do your recipe. I'm going to do it his weekend for my husband's b-day. He loves stuffed mushrooms.

  9. Made this last night. Was incredible. I made my own breadcrumbs using two day old sourdough french bread, really gave it a good flavour.
