
Recipe: 1/2 semi cooked bacon strip to 1 large Scallop.
Sautee bacon in pan and pre cook for 4 minutes. Wrap pre cooked bacon around scallops and season with salt, pepper, and a lemon squeeze. Grill on each side on high heat for 4 minutes.
