I made a Lost Boys themed cake. He’s a buttered popcorn cake filled with corn pudding, corn crumb, roasted peanuts, caramel & caramel Swiss meringue buttercream. I sculpted him in modeling chocolate & painted him using edible oil paints. 🥰

   So a caramel corn cake? I was thrown off by all the corn/buttered popcorn but once I read “caramel”, I was intrigued. I’ve never heard of a cake like that! I have to try making one now 🙂
