Unripe. “Beefsteak” is a generic term for a general type of tomato as well as a specific variety of heirloom. It is pretty much impossible to correctly identify a tomato by sight, especially unripe.

Very hard to tell at this stage. When it gets ripe, post again. You can include a picture of the ripened color, a slice view for us, and tell us taste. Maybe then we can narrow it down for you.
