So I wanted to register a new account today with a discount code from a YouTuber, but it said my account already existed and had me log in. I figured this was because maybe I created an account in the past when looking at their meal options?
I recall previously looking and not subscribing because they didn’t have any vegan options.
However I heard they now have vegan options which was why I was interested in signing up.
When I logged into the account via a link they sent to my email, it said I had previously placed an order with them that was delivered December 4th. I know I’ve never ordered with hellofresh and the order showed items that contained dairy or eggs, so I know for sure I wouldn’t have ordered that.
Is this some kind of weird glitch? Has anyone else had their account show past orders that didn’t actually get ordered?
