I turned one week keto AND we celebrated with a good and diverse picada. I’m from Argentina and one of our common dishes Is the picada wich consist in a variety of cheeses, cold meats/cuts, chips, potatoes, snacks, peanuts, olives, anything you can imagine :). The most important part of all, the base of picada Is the bread to join all the cheeses AND cold cuts. Sadly I can’t drink a good beer (the thing that I miss the most)
So, I arranged to make some bread beating egg Whites till stiff and mixing apart the yolks, almonds, linen, oil and water. Nothing Is like a good bread but it gets closer…
