First time frying clams and making a po boy for that matter.

Harvested the clams on Wednesday and didn’t want these last ones to go to waste. Fried them full belly (gotta use the whole clam). I am gonna work on my breading recipe but it was overall delicious. Mixing up a quick remoulade really brought it all together.

  1. I always want one with fried clams but it doesn’t seem to exist on any menu. Looks great!
