
First year canning and everything has gone great besides my corn. I’ve followed the home preservation website and left my corn alone until the pressure came down and this was still my results. All are 100% sealed but it looks questionable to me? There was some major liquid loss in all of the jars and is almost milky looking in person. All done at 55 minutes.

Yeah, that’s what my corn has done in the past. I find pressure canning corn does not give the flavor that I was hoping for. We end up sealing in bags and freezing.
I’d tell you but I’m afraid of the mods.
