So I bought this spread planning to use ½tbsp to 1tbsp in my oatmeal in the morning. I’m confused tho because mfp says 80cals for 1tbsp, yet on the packaging it’s 90cal for 2tbsp?? Please tell me what to trust, someone.

TRUST THE LABEL!
its likely that someone incorrectly inputted the macronutrients into this product on mfp so definitely go with the label!

Label, always.
Mfp nutritional info comes from manual entries from everyday users. Not always reliable.

always go with what the label says. usually the input for certain foods on tracking apps is input by other users and is sometimes outdated because companies end up changing their formulas and recipes and it alters the nutritional values
