  2. I have my left arm in a cast I have to sit more so watching you cook is a pleasure. I started off just looking at how to cook the perfect poached egg.I find it difficult to get right and have been told many different ways. Seeing you cook them and all the finer points has me confident to do now. But then I could not stop watching. You are a wonderful teacher. Thank you Curtis.
