Start a new sous chef job about two months ago, since I’m feeling more comfortable and confident I asked chef if I could make a special for the weekend!

Salmon stack with crispy rice, charred green onion aioli, avocado,pickled cucumbers, sweet & spicy soy on the salmon topped with gyoza strips and sriracha pearls!! Super happy with how it turned out! Any feedback on plating is welcome!
