I work at Circle K, we have had these chips in stock for about a week or so and they’re finally being pulled off shelves due to the tragic death earlier this month (photo by me, PR by Paqui) (the yellow paper is what we displayed prominently at front counter)

As usual, someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing ruins it for everyone else.
Paqui didnt handle this well from the start. “This product is intended for adults only, but heres easy access to it freely on a display shelf for anyone to take as they wish”
All they needed was to treat it like nicotine and require valid age-verifying ID to purchase. Then anyone buying it would be essentially signing a waiver on purchase.
Amazon sent me a product alert about this, 2 years after I ate the chip lol
