    For the base:

    Form – 18 cm

    – 400 g. biscuits

    – 30 ml. milk

    – 40 g of butter

    For the curd mass:

    All ingredients must be room temperature температури‼️

    – 110 g. powdered sugar

    – 60 g. eggs

    – 110 g. 33% cream

    – Vanilla to taste

    – 20 g. corn starch

    The basis:

    Grind the biscuits into fine crumbs.

    Add milk and melted butter.

    Stir, the finished base should come together well into a ball and break up when pressed.

    Form the base with sides using a glass and put it in the refrigerator.

    Curd mass:

    Combine cream cheese, starch and powdered sugar in a bowl. Mix at low speed with a mixer. It’s important to mix, not whip, so that the mixture doesn’t settle after baking.

    Add the eggs and mix until smooth.

    Add the cream at room temperature and mix.

    Pour the finished mass onto the base, spread it out.

    Put it in the oven preheated to 110 degrees, turning on only низ‼️

    Be sure to put containers with water nearby to create a “water bath” effect.

    The baking time is +- 1.5 hours, check the readiness by tapping the mold – the edges of the filling are stable and the middle is mobile.
