First pic shows the aftermath. I was doing pizza (with the pizza wedges, which are _fantastic_ by the way) and we heard a loud crack and the glass and front of the thermometer housing shot across the garden about 15ft. Glad I wasn’t standing in front of it!

    It had been having a fair amount of condensation in it, so perhaps that was it, but it was only reading around 600 or so and heaven knows I’ve had it a lot hotter for steaks.

    So I guess I’m in the market for a new thermometer, which is the point of this post. Do I just get a direct replacement or does anyone have any other recommendations? I’ve seen “non condensation” ones on Amazon but the reviews all suggest they’re rubbish. Any suggestions gratefully received!!

    They don’t read accurately anyways… I’d just get a digital one?
