Hot sauce. There are so many ways you can make it your own. Flakes are good, but nice fresh peppers like these are begging to be sauce. I like to choose one color or complimentary ones for a pop of color in the final sauce.

Hot sauce till you’re tired of making it, then flakes. Atleast that’s my strategy for this year lol

Hot sauce is the one I actually use the most. I’ll make sauce until it’s just random straggler peppers left, and then maybe turn all the leftovers into flakes/powder.
