Smoked her for 20 hours. Tender and juicy but I couldn’t taste my seasoning and I hit it with jalapeño, red and black pepper, and Laurys seasoning salt. How can I get the spice into the brisket?

    Why are you trying to make your brisket spicy? I love spicy shit but this isn’t really the right place for that. It should taste like BEEF.

    Dry brine overnight with kosher salt. Nice bark👍🏾
