So I’ve recently been enjoying YouFoodz (ready-made meals in Australia), however I’ve noticed various nutritional info discrepancies amongst the different sources they provide. For instance, the physical label reads one set of calories, macros and ingredients-breakdown, while the website listing (and by extension the barcode scan of the physical product) reads a totally different set of numbers. These discrepancies can often differ by as much as 120 calories.

I was just wondering, what is the most accurate way to track the calories/macros of these meals? I’m leaning toward the physical label being the best and most accurate option but am reluctant to accidently under-track, as the discrepancies are quite large and would skew my counting significantly.
Any advice for what to do in this situation?

I should also note that I did contact YouFoodz support, but they were unhelpful regarding this matter.

I can’t really tell from the pics, but are you expected to add anything to them(milk, egg, oil, etc) or prepare them in some way like a quick fry with oil?
