    As per the comments in the other post, brisket at Interstellar is incredibly mediocre in my opinion (and a few others it seems). But maybe it’s inconsistent. Pork belly was awesome though.

    I love that part of any review for a barbecue place is how long you had to wait… for food that was ready before you even left your house.

    Interstellar is amazing, buying a bunch of bbq from them on Easter has become a family tradition.

    A new favorite of mine is called Brotherton’s. The Gochujang bacon burnt ends were a standout.
