    Nicely done. I see thyme and garlic. If you haven’t already, include shallots, rosemary, and tarragon in your basting… they complement each other superbly.

    Call me crusty but I like a little harder sear on my steak. Overall looks great perfect color inside thyme and garlic so I assume you butter basted it. I give it an 9/10.
