Ran out of cooking gas as I was getting the oven going for a reverse sear, so had to break out the sous vide instead. Normally not a massive fan of SV steaks but this turned out pretty decent when combined with a chimney jet engine kiss.
Actually doing the whole steak outside was out of the question as it was 100 F late into last evening. I miss winter.
