Par cook (boil) diced potato first, then roast them if you want…or just fry them off in a pan with olive oil, garlic & rosemary….done.

Finally. I found the right recipe I was wondering if ANYONE was ever gonna infuse the olive oil with garlic in the pan first instead of just adding it raw and burning it in the oven. Nasty. Lol THANKS GIRL.
This is a great recipe! IF you roast the potatoes with the garlic, you end up with bits of burned garlic.

Can you use garlic powder and vegetable oil if you don't have fresh garlic and olive oil?
