My 75-year-old dad is a black belt grillmaster who canโ€™t get up and down well enough to cook these days. I brought my family over to visit and he surprised us with two monster tomahawks and two strips. Then he surprised me again that Iโ€™d be the one prepping and cooking them, after which I nearly shat myself. Two different cuts, one bone-in and one not, on a grill Iโ€™ve never cooked on. No pressure or anything.

Thanks to all of you magnificent bastards, I think I pulled it off. Sorry for the bad pictures but I was a whole bunch of beers deep by the time we ate. Happy to have my work rated or whatever but mostly wanted to just show you and say thanks!
