Seafood Tajine / Tagine

Raw tiger prawns (shell on) 10

While fish cod or haddock 200g approx

Fish stock opt 200ml approx

Spanish onion 1

Celery sticks 2

Garlic cloves 5 or 6

Plum tomatoes 1 x 400g tin

Tomato puree – paste 1 tbsp

Parsley 1 tbsp

Mint or coriander 1 tbsp

Dried apricot 50g

Green olives (pitted) 50g

Flaked almonds 20g

Preserved lemon 1/2

Barharat spice mix 2 or 3 tsp or:

  1. There’s a website called Ihatecilantro.com. I subscribed immediately. We had an eccentric cat lady locally, more than a dozen cats….Coriander leaf tastes like her house smelled. Awful stuff. (Coriander seeds are a must have however.)
