  1. I am new in the world of cooking and I just looooovvvveeeeeee your videos and the spirit to carry throughout the cook time. Thanks alot!

  2. Love your videos, but there is no way that chicken cooked in 3/4 hr or even one hour. Plus the color looks rather sickly when you said it was done. How about putting the oven on broil for a few minutes to give it some color. Just sayin. You eat first with your eyes. Thanks for all your videos. They are all great, except for the finished product of this one.

  3. This was an amazing recipe! I brined a whole chicken (1.6 kg) for approx 2 hr. For my brine I used 1/4 c. kosher salt, 2 tbsp peppercorn, 2 tbsp white sugar, 2 cloves of crushed garlic, 1 bay leaf, some dried rosemary & slices of lemon. Topped it with 2 c. boiling water & 1 L of colder water. I put in my fridge. After the brining process, I followed your recipe EXACTLY other than covering the chicken with foil (just loosely for 20 mins), then I removed the foil & cranked the heat to 370. Cooked it for about 65 mins. So juicy! THANK YOU. 🙂 Love your recipes!

  4. My daughter hates to cook but I’m going to tell her to subscribe to your fab channel because you make cooking look so easy and appealing that anyone could do your recipes. I’m salivating right now. Thanks for your lovely recipes ❤️

  5. Should you really put the COLD chicken in the oven?? I thought it should be coming to room temperature before.

  6. Before I scrolled downed. Just by looking at the electric kettle i knew this upload had to be 10 years old!
