
I made this cake for my friend’s mum. Chocolate bottom tier, red velvet top tier. It’s the first 2 tier I’ve done in over a year and first at all for non-family. It was 30°C, my fridge was struggling, the condensation was REAl, the gold drip had to be scraped off and redone. I then had to drive it to the community hall for the party. I hate driving cake. I’m hot. I’m tired. But I think it came out OK?
