I didn’t get any pictures of the done briskets as I was opening them up in front of ravenously hungry workers and didn’t want to be that guy to delay lunch haha. Needless to say they turned out unbelievable!

    I make rendered fat when I trim briskets I’m grinding. I have 1lb chubs and burgers in the freezer ready to go.

    Make some french fries with some of that tallow and take them to a new level.
