Today’s treat were the galician scallops. Tasty, not very chewey, overall quite better than normal mussels.
Not much scallop taste due to heavy tomato and onion sauce. I actually found it funny that they call it scallop sauce when it’s basically the same sauce that is used for every mollusc, be it bivalve or cephalopod.
