  2. Dimitra, this was very easy to make, delicious and it freezes beautifully! Love the meat free recipes for when I try to skip on heavy proteins. If you have any more of these share them away. PS the fasolada soup is next on my list.

  3. Hi Dimitra, really good recipe, just an observation though, I think Gigantes are actually Butter beans, not Lima beans thanks!

  4. I used lentil beans because that is what I had. I also used Italian Cheese mix as a binder, mixed in with the beans.
    Anyways came out excellent.
