


Did a full pork loin. 180 for 3.5 hours. Bumped up to 350 to finish roughly 30 minutes. Took temp to 147 just to be safe. Don’t entirely trust Trager Temps. Used KInders blend with some onion powder. Turned out perfectly juicy and tasty. We’ll have meals for a few weeks as it’s just me and the wife. Cut into portions and vacuum sealed for the future.
