    Fossilized cheese topping anyone?

Maybe they made it with a bunch of scraps… But it also just seems like a massive waste of product. Unless you can sell it before it goes bad. IMO the texture already looks fucked/dry/mushy overcooked noodles so idk how many days this has, unless they portion it and freeze it maaaaybe. Idk this just looks terrible.

Or maybe it’s for a staff party?? But who has staff parties in September. I’m just so confused.

I can’t think of any which way that this would work to sell… Or how tf you’d plate it so it looks halfway decent.

    Is it a joke?!????

Looks like a 40,000 dollar countertop made from petrified wood.

Maybe it tastes great? I rather judge a dish after it’s been eaten.

Looks like they’ve just scraped the leftovers from old plates for a month into a trough and put a layer of pasta after each one.

It’s funny you think it’s poor advertising when here you are advertising it.

Where does the number 3,000 come from?

Still, it looks like it tastes good, and we all know how much labor goes into something like this. I’d order it for sure.

Looks like something a Chef Shane would make
