    I switched to cheese bottom and the crust gets more crunch imo

    Looks delicious, I do this sometimes with cracker crust and sliced mozz on the bottom

    Really nice. Reminds me of a Jersey style pie where I’ve seen them do cheese bottom, sauce on top.

    I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about it but after trying one and making grandma/Detroit style pies too, it’s a nice change of pace sometimes.

    They call it Red Top in Philly. Definitely a different flavor for some reason and good.
