For my high-protein breakfast, I used the hot oil spilled technique to mix spices, chili oil (I used LGM), Chinese five spices, drizzle of soy sauce, and oregano on top of Greek yogurt. I then stir-fried beef and made Hawaiian bread grilled cheese in the air fryer, along with some eggs. Try it out)

    I can’t really tell what’s going on in this plate, other than yogurt and some torn bread. And if all the ingredients you listed see on there somewhere, this is like a 1500 calorie breakfast.
