It doesn’t even include chicken or dressing. Are the croutons baguette sized?

that thems there some deep-fried Texas-style salad. wouldn’t you think to know Texas salad is better tasting for ya. That 190 calorie ranch aint right though, just aint right.

The croutons? That’s a lotta croutons though

  3. Croutons and they probably messed up and included the dressing

Here’s what 200 calories of sourdough bread looks like.

Toast that in butter for croutons. Iceberg is super low calorie but the vegetables with it aren’t necessarily. Add in that they likely added the dressing and you’re at a 700 calorie salad lickity split.

I’d have to see them to know but the Cesar below it is listed at 190 with croutons so i dunno.

I bet the cals got switched with the one below it.

Croutons are pieces of oil-soaked bread. That’ll rack up some big numbers fast. But I concur they may have included the ranch in it already.

It says it’s tossed with dressing. You’ll be hard pressed to find a commercial dressing with less than 500 calories

I originally came here to explain calories in bread and dressings, but after looking at the menu, it looks like they got the calories mixed up between that and the Caesar.

190 is probably the calories before dressing, since they added calorie options after each dressing.

Caesar was likely meant to be 700 cals.

Might be a typo but its worth mentioning that even the “healthy-sounding” salad dressings at restaurants is usually loaded with sugar and oil. I’ve worked in restaurants for most of my life, even the lemon dressing made in-house at Pint House Pizza had an insane amount of sugar.

To discourage you from making the mistake of eating cucumbers.

I’m more concerned withy the fact that it’s over $13 ☠️

On my last visit I was looking at the salads and then found that the chicken wings were one of the lowest cal options lmao

I have wondered the same thing! The math ain’t mathing.

Same thing at HopDoddy. The in-store menu says the classic burger is 940 calories, and it’s just meat cheese and a bun. The online menu says it’s 660 which is much more in line with what it should be compared to the other loaded burgers that clock in at 800 calories.

  15. obviously none of the calories listed on restaurants menus are even remotely accurate you bozos.

Their calories counts make no sense. I think they quote 550 for 8 big ol cheese sticks. Ain’t no way.

    Croutons, ranch. Veggies have calories…

I’m guessing at a Texas restaurant, the lettuce and cucumbers come with bacon grease and a stick of butter.
