Great at smoking, bad at food photography

    “Wet” had a glaze of hot teriyaki sauce from start to finish. Next time I’d maybe just do halfway and finish because some ended up darker than I would prefer but still very good.

    Dry had a store bought rub that we enjoy.

    Both smoked at 225-250 for 3 hours and change with hickory. Wife and I agree they are some of the best we’ve ever had.

  7. The inclusion of the bare feet in the first photo had to have been intentional
