Does anyone know if there are any local grocers who sell Cloveless/Solo Garlic? Just saw it on TikTok and as a garlic fanatic: I. NEED. IT!!!

That’s called solo garlic, I don’t know where to buy it but I’ll guess sprout’s or whole foods would have it.
There is also elephant garlic, you can buy it at HEB. They are massive but the elephant garlic I’ve tried doesn’t have a strong garlicky flavor which is what I look for.

I’ve seen these at 99 ranch before but I don’t know how often they have them and I haven’t tried them myself so not sure about the quality

Is it supposed to taste different? Or are the cloves all that is different? It probably doesn’t last as well as regular garlic if you cut into it but don’t use the whole thing.
