Smoke some spatchcocked chickens for my buddy and I got half a bird that I shredded and made some Tostadas with! Kept it around 300-330F on my offset Oklahoma Joe with some homemade rub for about 2.5 hours. Shredded lettuce, whatever cheese I had in my fridge, lots of queso fresco, crema and cilantro. Accompanied by a lone Spartan and his Spartan Laser 🫡

    Tacos are messy enough. As tasty as a good tostada is, it will still go all over my shirt.

    Love me some tostadas. I always go meatless on mine. Just extra lettuce and refried beans, smothered with La Victoria sauce. (Cheese, onions, sometimes black olives too)
