  5. Single grind??? How could you do it?? I'm impressed….
    I'm used to grinding meat twice to make it hold itself and not fall off the skewers during grilling.

  6. This was delicious!!! 10/10. I added some finely chopped onions to the mix (squeezed) .. I also used 2 parts chicken thigh to 1 part breast.. and added a little olive oil for "fat".
