Summer is finally here, and with it comes those wonderful warm days when beautiful salads and watermelons are particularly attractive. I happen to have a lot of mint in my garden, so today I am putting together a delicious cucumber mint salad with a lemon mint dressing. Doesn’t that sound fantastic? It is so refreshing.
