Toasted English Muffin – on both halves, 30g of blended cottage cheese. On one half, an over easy egg with sea salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper. On the other half, crushed red pepper and hot honey.

Protein Iced Coffee – Coffee with 1 cup of almond milk and 36g of vanilla protein powder ❤️
