My 1500 calorie goal for the day. I’m not sure what to snack on. Any suggestions? I workout and lose almost 300 calories a day.

Vegetables are usually my go to to keep it low calorie, Carrots, Celeri, Cauliflower. Rice Cakes are low as well, I like the seasoned ones so it tastes like something lol.
Pickles if you like them too, they are virtually 0 calories, I use them for late night snacking. Banana peppers as well.
Of course if you work out, probably something with protein would help, Cottage Cheese is high in protein and low in calories/fat. Beef Jerky can also be a nice treat with high protein.
