Start making Kenji’s bbq sauce too…seriously! I’ve cooked it for other family members who now also make it with this recipe.

Oh, totally.
Last month I randomly got in the mood for meatloaf for the first time, I guess since I was a kid. Stayed mostly true to the food lab recipe and it was so fucking good that meatloaf is back on my regular menu! Nothing like mom’s sad dry flavourless beef log.

If you pass on mushrooms and anchovies should they be replaced by something else?
