  2. To reduce the saltiness of feta, soak the feta in plain water over night. I never consume feta soaked with its brine (used as a preservative). If you cut it in cubes and soak it an additional day changing the water only once, it will resemble ricotta when mashed. I always store my feta in a container, just slightly larger than the block of cheese, and cover it with clean unsalted water before popping it in the fridge.

  4. This would go great on a Gyros 🙂 – Please if could make a request, Could you please make a traditional Greek Chili sauce for a Gyro's or that can be a great condiment to Greek BBQ cant seem to find a recipe on youtube 🙁

  5. Vintage dimitra. Just made homemade pita w King Arthur flour(excellent). This is by far the best home cooking channel. Everything is easy to do.
